Pre-SIHH 2016: H. Moser & Cie. Endeavour Perpetual Calendar Concept

Not too long back, we have done a review article on the thought-provoking Endeavour Concept Watch. The Endeavour Concept Watch is a timepiece that is completely devoid of any details on the dial, with the watch face featuring only the watchmaker’s signature fumé sunburst dial with three watch hands. Identifying this, the ever sartorially-savvy and horologically inclined Mark Cho, founder of The Armoury, took the TYPE 9 and remixed it to lean toward dress watch aesthetics, and, more importantly, work with a suit. The dial, originally in silver or teal, has been rendered in warm, copper-toned salmon with a subtle sandblast finish. The explorer-esque...

First Look – New High-End Breguet Marine Chronograph 5529 & Dame 9518

The words ‘contemporary’ and ‘sporty’ are hard to apply to Breguet, but barring the aviation-inspired Type 20, the Marine collection is as close as you’ll get to a luxury sports watch collection inspired by the brand’s legitimate and longstanding maritime ties. Introduced in 1990 and refreshed over the decades, Breguet’s sporty Marine collection welcomes two […]
